2. PLACING AN ORDER

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order with AvailableDomainBuy.com, further more you must have the authority to accept our terms and conditions for any domain name sale. The sales contract is made on the terms, conditions and information found on this website. We ask that you review these terms prior to placing an order.

THE ORDER PROCESS:

After payment has cleared the domain name will be pushed into your Godaddy account, please allow 48 hours for your payment to clear our credit card processor.

3. PAYMENT

We currently offer two payment methods for your convenience, Google Checkout is our primary processing partner. All domains are listed with a “Google Checkout Buy Button”, purchasing your domain name via Google Checkout is the most inexpensive option available at this time.

USING A THIRD PARTY ESCROW SERVICE

Any domain listed at AvailableDomainBuy.com can listed at SEDO. Sedo offers an excellent domain escrow service that protects both the seller and the buyer. If you would prefer to purchase your domain via Sedo please contact us and we will list the domain within 48 hours. Please note an additional 10% fee will be added to the price listed on this site (AvailableDomainBuy.com) to cover the cost of escrow.

4. DESCRIPTION, AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

AvailableDomainBuy.com reserves the right to increase “listed domain prices” at any time. Domain values fluctuate (increasing in value over time) their for we may increase the price of a domain at anytime. Further more while we take every precaution to insure the data listed on our domains is correct occasionally data may be input incorrectly or our source information may be faulty.

5. REFUNDS

Full refunds will be offered where an incorrect domain has been supplied and the domain is still in our possession or has been transferred back to us.
